Architecture · How it works

The 24/7 agentic surveillance loop, end to end.

Volgarde wires a 24/7 agentic loop over aircraft telemetry and radar feeds — ingestion, AI agents, anomaly detection, mission-grade alerts — built into your FDM, your MRO, and your operators.

  1. Ingestion · 5,000+ sensors per aircraft

Aircraft telemetry (pressure, vibration, avionics) fused with radar and mission feeds at the second — up to 1 TB per long-haul flight.

  2. AI agent layer

24/7 agent-level vigilance: every aircraft is monitored by specialised agents, not a fleet average — alerts carried as close to the sensor as possible.

  3. Anomaly detection

Fused signals plus models calibrated on your fleet: anomalies surface 15–30 days before failure, with a continuous drift vs baseline trace.

  4. Alert + mission report

Timestamped alerts and mission reports aligned with FAA / EASA expectations (Part 5 SMS, Part-CAMO, ED-153): an end-to-end audit trail your PMI and quality auditor can actually use.

  5. Human operator

The right signal reaches the right operator: mechanic on work-orders, commander on mission briefings, defense analyst on defense-grade reports.

01 · Note de déploiement

Cycle 8–12 weeks per fleet

Volgarde ships in 8–12 weeks per fleet because we integrate FDM and MRO rather than rebuild them.

02 · Note de déploiement

AWS · Azure · on-prem outposts

Native on AWS, Azure or GCP — or AWS Outposts / Azure Stack for sovereignty-bound fleets, no monolithic Terraform lock-in.

03 · Note de déploiement

Continuous FAA / EASA alignment

Built for continuous airworthiness, not point-in-time audits: an end-to-end audit trail on every alert and every agent decision.
